Roles
Customers act as controllers for data they submit or collect through the product. WebAnnotates acts as a processor for the limited purpose of delivering the contracted service.
Processing scope
Processing may include storing project data, user access information, screenshots, annotation content, and integration metadata necessary to provide collaboration workflows.
Security measures
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service, including access controls, project-level separation, and authenticated API handling.
